[[How Hill House]], completed in 1903, was designed by Thomas Boardman,<ref>{{National Heritage List for England|num=1171918|desc=How Hill House|access-date=21 June 2021}}</ref> son of the architect [[Edward Boardman]]; he was [[Mayor of Norwich]] in 1905β1906.
