[[Paris, Missouri|Paris]], the Monroe [[county seat]], is {{convert|7|mi|0}} east on US 24, and [[Moberly, Missouri|Moberly]] is {{convert|18|mi}} to the west.

The [[population density]] was {{convert|526.9|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 71 housing units at an average density of {{convert|273.1|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the village was 98.5% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.7% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], and 0.7% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]].

There were 59 households, of which 28.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 6.8% had a female householder with no husband present, 11.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 30.5% were non-families. 27.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.32 and the average family size was 2.71.

There were 55 households, out of which 25.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.9% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 1.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.3% were non-families. 25.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.35 and the average family size was 2.80.

In the village, the population was spread out, with 19.4% under the age of 18, 8.5% from 18 to 24, 24.8% from 25 to 44, 33.3% from 45 to 64, and 14.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
