The community was named for Rev. Of the 64 households 28.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 40.6% were married couples living together, 12.5% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 42.2% were non-families. 32.8% of households were one person and 14.1% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.23 and the average family size was 2.86.

Of the 54 households 29.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 13.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.6% were non-families. 25.9% of households were one person and 11.1% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.33 and the average family size was 2.74.

The age distribution was 21.4% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 39.7% from 25 to 44, 15.9% from 45 to 64, and 16.7% 65 or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 75.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 80.0 males.
