In the CDP the population was spread out, with 30.1% under the age of 19, 4.5% from 19 to 24, 25.4% from 25 to 44, 30.6% from 45 to 64, and 9.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 39.1 years. For every 100 females there were 98.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.1 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $84,944, and the median income for a family was $101,414. Males had a median income of $63,307 versus $46,558 for females. About 3.4% of families and 4.6% of the population were below the [[poverty line]], including none of those under age 18 and 13.2% of those age 65 or over. ==Education== Greentown lies in the [[North Canton City School District]]. The district includes Greentown Intermediate School, serving approximately 500 students in grades 3–5. Greentown Intermediate used to be a high school, but was merged with the North Canton City Schools, when it became an elementary school, followed by an intermediate school. Greentown school closed in 2023.
