There were 138 households, out of which 23.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 8.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 38.4% were non-families. 37.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 18.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.17 and the average family size was 2.86. In the town, the population was spread out, with 23.3% under the age of 18, 5.0% from 18 to 24, 23.3% from 25 to 44, 26.3% from 45 to 64, and 22.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females, there were 89.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.5 males. The median income for a household in the town was $24,219, and the median income for a family was $28,393. Males had a median income of $22,969 versus $15,000 for females.
