There were 107 housing units at an average density of {{convert|382.1|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 98.0% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 2.0% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]].

There were 57 households, of which 14.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 36.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 49.1% were non-families. 47.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 31.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.72 and the average family size was 2.38.

The median age in the city was 57 years. 10.2% of residents were under the age of 18; 4% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 17.4% were from 25 to 44; 32.6% were from 45 to 64; and 35.7% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 46.9% male and 53.1% female.

There were 81 households, out of which 18.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.9% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 4.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 44.4% were non-families. 39.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 25.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.01 and the average family size was 2.69.
