There were 86 households, of which 40.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.3% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 9.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 27.9% were non-families. 20.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. There were 87 housing units at an average density of {{convert|167.7|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  The racial makeup of the city was 99.07% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.47% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], and 0.47% from two or more races.

There were 85 households, out of which 34.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.2% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 4.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.4% were non-families. 25.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.  The average household size was 2.53 and the average family size was 2.95.

In the city, the population was spread out, with 24.7% under the age of 18, 7.9% from 18 to 24, 28.8% from 25 to 44, 21.9% from 45 to 64, and 16.7% who were 65 years of age or older.  The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 82.2 males.  For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 84.1 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $49,063, and the median income for a family was $52,500. Males had a median income of $30,694 versus $22,188 for females.
