The racial makeup of the village was 97.6% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.1% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.6% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.3% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 1.3% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] people of any race were 0.4% of the population.

The racial makeup of the village was 99.85% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.15% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]]. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] people of any race were 0.88% of the population.

There were 266 households, out of which 36.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.7% were non-families. 25.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.56 and the average family size was 3.09.

==Events==
Every year, Francis Creek hosts a village-wide [[Garage sale|rummage sale]] on the first weekend of June. Every year, Francis Creek holds French Creek Days on the second weekend in July. People gather from many of the neighboring cities to see the tractor and truck pulls. It is one of the biggest festivals in the area.
