Flint Hill was officially founded in 1838 by Captain Taliferro P. Flint Hill is approximately 2.5 miles north of [[Wentzville, Missouri|Wentzville]] just east of [[U.S. Route 61 in Missouri|U.S. Route 61]] on [[Missouri Route P]]. The [[population density]] was {{convert|212.6|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 187 housing units at an average density of {{convert|75.7|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 99.0% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.2% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 0.4% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.0% of the population.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.10% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.53% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.26% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], and 2.11% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.53% of the population.

Flint Hill is home to [[St. Theodore Catholic School]], a private school for grades K-8 and approximately 300-350 students as of the 2009–2010 school year.
