Fidelity is located in south central Jasper County along [[U.S. 71]] one mile south of [[I-44]]. The [[population density]] was {{convert|264.9|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 117 housing units at an average density of {{convert|120.6|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the village was 96.9% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 1.6% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], and 1.2% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.6% of the population.

The racial makeup of the town was 96.43% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.40% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.40% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 1.19% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.59% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.19% of the population.
