The population was 1,150 at the [[2020 United States census|2020 census]]. The racial makeup of the CDP was 49.30% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.75% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.86% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|American Indian & Alaska Native]], 7.84% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 10.63% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander]], 0.64% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 29.97% from two or more races. The median income for a household in the CDP at the 2000 census was $24,519, and the median income for a family in 2000 was $33,125.
