Erhard was [[plat]]ted in July 1882, and named for Alexander E. As of the [[2010 United States census|2010 census]], there were 148 people, 65 households, and 43 families living in the city. The [[population density]] was {{convert|274.1|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 70 housing units at an average density of {{convert|129.6|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the city was 98.0% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 2.0% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]].

There were 65 households, of which 24.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.3% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 12.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 1.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.8% were non-families. 29.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.28 and the average family size was 2.67.

The median age in the city was 48 years. 23.6% of residents were under the age of 18; 6.2% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 15.6% were from 25 to 44; 35.1% were from 45 to 64; and 19.6% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 48.6% male and 51.4% female.

The average household size was 2.11 and the average family size was 2.78.
