Eden was originally called Eden Park, and under the latter name was laid out in 1915. The [[population density]] was {{convert|593.3|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 63 housing units at an average density of {{convert|420.0|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 97.8% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 2.2% from two or more races.

There were 48 households, of which 10.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.1% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 2.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 39.6% were non-families. 35.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.85 and the average family size was 2.31.

The racial makeup of the town was 98.97% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], and 1.03% from two or more races.

There were 48 households, out of which 20.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.1% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 10.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 37.5% were non-families. 37.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 22.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.02 and the average family size was 2.63.

In the town, the population was spread out, with 17.5% under the age of 18, 3.1% from 18 to 24, 16.5% from 25 to 44, 32.0% from 45 to 64, and 30.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 53 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.0 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $29,000, and the median income for a family was $34,000. Males had a median income of $24,250 versus $15,833 for females.
