The average household size was 2.21 and the average family size was 2.79. The age distribution was 15.9% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 26.9% from 25 to 44, 24.5% from 45 to 64, and 26.4% 65 or older. The median age was 46 years. For every 100 females there were 88.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 84.3 males. The median household income was $32,317 and the median family income was $39,250. Males had a median income of $28,431 versus $26,250 for females. The per capita income for the borough was $17,042.
