The median age was 32 years. For every 100 females there were 91.2 males. For every 100 females ages 18 and over, there were 84.7 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $20,785, and the median income for a family was $21,061. Males had a median income of $28,804 versus $20,952 for females.
