The population density was {{convert|509.4|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 195 housing units at an average density of {{convert|220.7|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.11% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], and 0.89% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.33% of the population.

There were 176 households, out of which 35.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.4% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 11.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.5% were non-families. 25.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.56 and the average family size was 3.09.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 25.6% under the age of 18, 7.3% from 18 to 24, 32.0% from 25 to 44, 19.6% from 45 to 64, and 15.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 92.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.9 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $32,961, and the median income for a family was $36,827. Males had a median income of $27,969 versus $17,632 for females. The [[per capita income]] for the CDP was $14,785. None of the families and 3.1% of the population were living below the [[poverty line]], including no under eighteens and 6.7% of those over 64.
