The racial makeup of the village was 97.5% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.9% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.3% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.2% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.2% [[Race (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.2% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 0.7% from two or more races. The racial makeup of the village was 99.67% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.17% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]] and 0.17% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]]. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.17% of the population.

Riverside School District, including [[Riverside High School (De Graff, Ohio)|Riverside High School]], serves the children of the De Graff area. It also owns [[WDEQ-FM|WDEQ]], a non-commercial community radio station.
