The [[population density]] was {{convert|10.8|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 372 housing units at an average density of {{convert|7.9|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 96.1% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.4% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.4% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], and 1.2% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.8% of the population.

There were 215 households, of which 29.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 5.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 33.0% were non-families. Of all households, 28.8% were made up of individuals, and 13.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.36 and the average family size was 2.87.

The median age in the town was 45.2 years. 24.3% of residents were under the age of 18; 3.3% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 22% were from 25 to 44; 30% were from 45 to 64; and 20.3% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the town was 55.2% male and 44.8% female.

The population density was {{convert|13.3|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  There were 348 housing units at an average density of {{convert|7.4|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}.  The racial makeup of the town was 96.47% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 1.61% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.64% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.48% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], and 0.80% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 2.09% of the population.

There were 238 households, out of which 38.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.4% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 3.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.8% were non-families. The median age was 33 years. For every 100 females, there were 112.6 males.  For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 118.6 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $30,625, and the median income for a family was $35,313. Males had a median income of $26,490 versus $15,625 for females.
