The [[2010 United States Census|2010 Census]] reported a population of 5,514. It is part of the [[Lakeland, Florida|Lakeland]]&ndash;[[Winter Haven, Florida|Winter Haven]] [[Lakeland-Winter Haven, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area|Metropolitan Statistical Area]].

The population density was {{convert|766.6|/km2|/mi2|abbr=on}}. There were 2,389 housing units at an average density of {{convert|342.9|/km2|/mi2|disp=preunit|units&nbsp;|units|abbr=on}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 80.94% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 13.63% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.75% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.88% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.02% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 2.45% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.33% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 7.21% of the population.

The average household size was 2.48 and the average family size was 2.96.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 25.5% under the age of 18, 12.1% from 18 to 24, 29.6% from 25 to 44, 19.3% from 45 to 64, and 13.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females, there were 97.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.7 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $30,699, and the median income for a family was $35,591. Males had a median income of $28,125 versus $22,110 for females.
