The [[population density]] was {{convert|327.0|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 113 housing units at an average density of {{convert|152.7|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 98.3% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.4% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], and 1.2% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]].

There were 104 households, of which 28.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.0% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 38.5% were non-families. 32.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.33 and the average family size was 2.97.

There were 102 households, out of which 47.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 13.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.5% were non-families. 21.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.86 and the average family size was 3.24.
