Brock was founded in 1854. The racial makeup of the village was 99.1% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]] and 0.9% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]].

There were 56 households, of which 12.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 10.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 44.6% were non-families. 39.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 23.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The racial makeup of the village was 95.06% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 3.09% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], and 1.85% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.85% of the population.

There were 68 households, out of which 26.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.9% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.3% were non-families. 29.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 22.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
