The city of [[Augusta, Wisconsin|Augusta]] is located entirely within the town of Bridge Creek. The unincorporated community of [[Hay Creek, Wisconsin|Hay Creek]] is located in the town.

According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the town has a total area of 104.3&nbsp;square miles (270.1&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>), of which, 102.4&nbsp;square miles (265.3&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) of it is land and 1.8&nbsp;square miles (4.8&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) of it (1.76%) is water.

The racial makeup of the town was 98.59% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.05% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.05% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.27% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.27% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.76% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.70% of the population.

There were 557 households, out of which 39.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.7% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 5.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.9% were non-families. 15.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.31 and the average family size was 3.72.
