Brandsville is located on [[U.S. Route 63 in Missouri|U.S. Route 63]], southeast of [[West Plains, Missouri|West Plains]] and just west of the Howell County - [[Oregon County, Missouri|Oregon County]] line. The racial makeup of the city was 89.44% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.62% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 8.70% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 1.24% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 12.42% of the population.

The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.16.
