The [[population density]] was 27.7 people per square mile (10.7/km<sup>2</sup>). There were 398 housing units at an average density of 11.0 per square mile (4.2/km<sup>2</sup>). The racial makeup of the town was 96.62% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 2.88% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.50% from two or more races. The average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 3.10. In the town, the population was spread out, with 26.2% under the age of 18, 6.4% from 18 to 24, 30.1% from 25 to 44, 27.1% from 45 to 64, and 10.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 108.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 103.6 males. The median income for a household in the town was $51,324, and the median income for a family was $58,036. Males had a median income of $37,292 versus $24,931 for females.
