The town has a post office, bank, a village paper, and a popular gas station, known as "the station". The median age was 40.9 years. For every 100 females, there were 108.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.3 males. The median income for a household in the village was $42,679, and the median income for a family was $53,750. Males had a median income of $35,000 versus $23,750 for females.
