According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the town has a total area of {{convert|93.5|sqkm|order=flip}}, of which {{convert|93.2|sqkm|order=flip}} is land and {{convert|0.3|sqkm|order=flip|1}}, or 0.30%, is water.<ref name="Census 2010"/>

==Demographics==
At the 2000 [[census]],<ref name="GR2" /> there were 854 people, 238 households and 207 families residing in the town. The [[population density]] was 23.7 per square mile (9.1/km<sup>2</sup>). There were 249 housing units at an average density of 6.9 per square mile (2.7/km<sup>2</sup>). The racial makeup of the town was 98.95% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.12% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.23% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.70% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 0.35% of the population.

There were 238 households, of which 52.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 77.3% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 3.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 13.0% were non-families. 9.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 1.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.59 and the average family size was 3.89.

40.7% of the population were under the age of 18, 8.8% from 18 to 24, 28.2% from 25 to 44, 15.3% from 45 to 64, and 6.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 26 years. For every 100 females, there were 124.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 121.9 males.
