The CDP is a part of the [[Denver–Aurora–Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area]]. The population of the Aspen Park CDP was 810 at the [[United States Census 2020]].<ref name="Census 2020" /> The Aspen Park Metropolitan District provides services. The [[Conifer, Colorado|Conifer]] [[post office]] ([[ZIP Code]] 80433) serves the area.<ref name=ZIPcode/>

==Geography==
Aspen Park is located in southern Jefferson County. [[U.S. Route 285]] passes through the community, leading northeast {{convert|25|mi}} to [[Englewood, Colorado|Englewood]] and southwest {{convert|55|mi}} to [[Fairplay, Colorado|Fairplay]]. Downtown [[Denver]] is {{convert|30|mi}} northeast of Aspen Park. The community sits at the headwaters of South Turkey Creek, and the western edge of the CDP follows the course of North Turkey Creek. The two creeks are part of the [[South Platte River]] watershed.

At the [[2020 United States census]], the Aspen Park CDP had an area of {{convert|6.455|km2|acres|disp=flip}}, including {{convert|0.017|km2|acres|disp=flip}} of water.<ref name=CO_CDP_2020/>

The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.60% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.69% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.57% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.69% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.46% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 3.89% of the population.

There were 326 households, out of which 38.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 69.6% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 4.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.0% were non-families. 17.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.  The average household size was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.05.

In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 27.7% under the age of 18, 4.8% from 18 to 24, 34.8% from 25 to 44, 26.5% from 45 to 64, and 6.2% who were 65 years of age or older.  The median age was 39 years. For every 100 females, there were 108.1 males.  For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 106.5 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $69,712, and the median income for a family was $71,250. Males had a median income of $51,094 versus $36,875 for females.
