The [[population density]] was {{convert|891.0|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 348 housing units at an average density of {{convert|519.4|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the village was 98.5% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.2% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.3% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 1.0% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.8% of the population.

There were 295 households, of which 20.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 5.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 43.7% were non-families. 41.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 21.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The racial makeup of the village was 98.73% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.48% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.48% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 0.32% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 1.75% of the population.

There were 303 households, out of which 25.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.1% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.3% were non-families. 37.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 20.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
