==Geography==

[[Georgia State Route 135]] runs through the town, leading north {{Convert|10|mi|0}} to [[Higgston, Georgia|Higgston]] and southwest {{convert|3.5|mi}} to [[Uvalda, Georgia|Uvalda]]. [[Mount Vernon, Georgia|Mount Vernon]], the Montgomery [[county seat]], is {{Convert|10|mi|0}} to the northwest via Mount Vernon Alston Road.
