==Geography==
Alma is located on [[Interstate 45]], approximately {{Convert|5|mi|km}} southeast of [[Ennis, Texas|Ennis]] and {{convert|15|mi}} north of [[Corsicana, Texas|Corsicana]].

There were 114 housing units at an average density of 22.7 per square mile (8.8/km<sup>2</sup>). The racial makeup of the town was 91.06% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 3.64% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 5.30% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]]. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 5.96% of the population.

There were 107 households, out of which 37.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.3% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 8.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.5% were non-families. 19.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
