==Geography==

[[Georgia State Route 18]] passes through the south side of the town, leading east into Barnesville and west {{convert|14|mi}} to [[Zebulon, Georgia|Zebulon]]. [[U.S. Route 41 in Georgia|U.S. Route 41]] and [[Georgia State Route 7|State Route 7]] form the eastern border of the town; US-41/SR-7 leads north {{convert|16|mi}} to [[Griffin, Georgia|Griffin]] and east the same distance to [[Forsyth, Georgia|Forsyth]].

There were 43 households, out of which 23.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.1% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 11.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.2% were non-families. 27.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 18.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.28 and the average family size was 2.73.

In the town, the population was spread out, with 19.4% under the age of 18, 4.1% from 18 to 24, 22.4% from 25 to 44, 28.6% from 45 to 64, and 25.5% who were 65 years of age or older.
