The [[population density]] was {{convert|1206.7|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|1}}. There were 71 housing units at an average density of {{convert|473.3|/sqmi|/km2|1}}. The racial makeup of the town was 93.9% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.6% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.6% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 4.4% from [[Race (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 0.6% from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 34.3% of the population.

There were 59 households, of which 42.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.8% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 10.2% had a female householder with no husband present, 13.6% had a male householder with no wife present, and 25.4% were non-families. 22.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The racial makeup of the town was 95.83% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 0.83% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 0.83% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 2.50% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]]. [[Hispanic (U.S. Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Latino (U.S. Census)|Latino]] of any race were 9.17% of the population.

There were 54 households, out of which 24.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.9% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 3.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 38.9% were non-families. 37.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 22.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.22 and the average family size was 2.91.

Public education in the town of Albin is provided by [[Laramie County School District Number 2|Laramie County School District #2]]. One of the district's campuses, Albin Elementary School, is located in the town and serves students in grades Kindergarten through six.
