* In [[Numidia]] Carthaginian general [[Hanno II the Great|Hanno]] conquered the city of [[Theveste]] (nicknamed: ''Hekatompylos'') after which he negotiated a peace settlement with the Numidians ending [[Carthage]]'s war with the Numidians.
