==Recognized Wyandot nations==
In Canada, there is one Wyandot [[First Nations in Canada|First Nation]]:
* The [[Huron-Wendat Nation]] is based on two reserves in [[Wendake, Quebec]], now within the Quebec City limits. The First Nation had approximately 6,980 members in 2021,<ref name=heidenreich/> who primarily speak French as their first language and are Roman Catholic. They have begun revitalizing Wyandot language among their children.
