In March 2024, the borough council selected Neil Goldstein from a list of three candidates nominated by the Democratic municipal committee to fill the seat expiring in December 2024 that became vacant when Roger Freda resigned from office the previous month.<ref>[[David Wildstein|Wildstein, David]]. On [[Verizon FiOS]], residents can watch on Channel 46, though the channel will switch to 2146 in HD by the end of 2021.
