''Rugby'': A section of the grassland to the north of the Roehampton Gate is maintained and laid out during the winter months for rugby; there are three pitches. At weekends, this area is hired extensively to the [[rugby union]] club [[Rosslyn Park F.C.]]. Visiting teams are transferred by bus to and from the park pitches from the club's nearby clubhouse and changing rooms.<ref name="Sport"/>

''Running'': The Tamsin Trail is a {{convert|7.2|mi|km|1|abbr=out}} trail around the park which is popular with runners. Members of Barnes Runners complete at least one circumnavigation of it on the first and third Sunday of every month.
