The [[Penang State Executive Council]] is the executive authority of the [[Government of Penang|Penang state government]], similar in function to the [[Cabinet of Malaysia|federal Cabinet]]. It is led by the [[Chief Minister of Penang|Chief Minister]], who serves as the head of government in Penang.
