The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females there were 108.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 110.2 males. For every 100&nbsp;females age 18 and over, there were 112&nbsp;males.

Lake Worth Beach has a large Finnish [[expatriate]] population, and [[Finnish language|Finnish]] is spoken by 2.57% of the city's residents as their [[native language]].
