In 2019, a group of [[Bloomington, Indiana]] residents formed what is now The Janeway Collective<ref>{{cite web|title=The Official Website of The Janeway Collective and the Janeway Statue |url=https://janewaycollective.com |website=The Janeway Collective |access-date=13 July 2022}}</ref> with the goal of building a {{ill|Captain Kathryn Janeway birthplace monument|lt=''Captain Kathryn Janeway'' birthplace monument|qid=Q113495085|short=yes}} such as the one existing for [[James T.
