As of March 2011, there were a total of 1,097 registered voters in Hardwick Township, of which 195 (17.8% vs. 21.5% countywide) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 480 (43.8% vs. 35.3%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 422 (38.5% vs. 43.1%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|Unaffiliated]].
