Baruch married Annie Griffin, an [[Episcopal Church (United States)|Episcopalian]], of New York in 1897. Annie's father did not consent to the marriage or attend their wedding but later reconciled with Bernard.<ref name="CUNY" />{{When|date=December 2023}} They had three children: [[Belle W. Baruch|Belle Baruch]]; Bernard Baruch Jr.; and Renée Baruch.
