The ''Kavalierbariton'' baritone is a metallic voice that can sing both lyric and dramatic phrases, a manly, noble baritonal color. Its common range is from the A below low C to the G above middle C (A<sub>2</sub> to G<sub>4</sub>).{{Citation needed|date=September 2020}} Not quite as powerful as the Verdi baritone who is expected to have a powerful appearance on stage, perhaps muscular or physically large.
