====Camp Yankee Trails==== Camp Yankee Trails is a resident camp located in [[Tolland, Connecticut]], on 362 acres of land. Named in a contest in 1959 by two girls, JoAnn Celeste from Meriden CT and Sue Robinson from Simsbury.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.newspapers.com/image/674689840/?terms=girl%20scout%20camp&match=1 |title=20 Jan 1959, 3 - The Journal at |publisher=Newspapers.com |date=1959-01-20 |accessdate=2022-06-05}}</ref> Currently summer camp program is currently being run by the YMCA of Greater Hartford, however GSofCT plan to develop it as a premier destination for resident camp, and close Camp Laurel once it is up and running.
