== Countries without diplomatic relations with the PRC == China recognizes all 193 UN member states, the Holy See and Palestine, as sovereign states. However, it does not have diplomatic relations with 11 UN member states, nor with the Holy See. These sovereign entities recognize the Republic of China as the sole legitimate Chinese state.
