The score contains 41 instrumental tracks, in addition to a [[choir|choral]] track and two songs. An arranged soundtrack of ''Xenogears'' composed and arranged by Mitsuda was released as ''[[Creid]]''. A Blu-ray album entitled ''Xenogears Original Soundtrack Revival Disc - the first and the last -'' was released in Japan on April 4, 2018.
