=== Messiah Trilogy === In 2007, the "[[X-Men: Messiah Complex|Messiah Complex]]" storyline saw the destruction of the Xavier Institute and the disbanding of the X-Men. ''X-Men'' was renamed into ''X-Men: Legacy'' which focused on Professor X, Rogue and Gambit.
