==Student life== [[File:Reformation_day_oxford.png|thumb|right|A group of Wycliffe Hall students at [[Martyrs' Memorial]]]] The modern student body includes about 60 Church of England ordinands and about 60 independent students, plus up to 50 visiting students (mostly on the SCIO programme). Many nationalities are represented, with the largest single body of overseas students being from the [[United States]]. The Buechner prize for creative writing, named in honour of the acclaimed American author [[Frederick Buechner]], is awarded annually.<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.wycliffehall.org.uk/news/Buechner-Prize|title=Buechner Prize Awarded|website=Wycliffe Hall, Oxford}}</ref> Students may also take part in activities across the wider university, including sports.{{citation needed|date=March 2021}} For full-time students there is some student accommodation on-site, and students may take eat in the dining hall on weekdays. There are three or four formal dinners per term.
