<!-- moved to main article   Leaked documents revealed the Telegraph had hatched a premeditated plan to tail a man, who is Jewish, as he went “undercover” to “see what it’s like being Jewish” in a string of multicultural Sydney suburbs, covertly filming his interactions via his sunglasses. This man went into Cairo Cafe in hopes of an anti-semitic interaction and when he did not receive this he lingered. Staff were concerned and asked if they could help him further and he asked if they had a problem with them being there (they did not). A journalist and camera man were waiting in the wings to catch Cairo Cafe out and instead were caught out on their own by trying to frame local businesses as anti-Semitic.
