===Immigration===
St. Cloud has been a significant destination for immigrants throughout its history, beginning with [[German Americans|German]] settlers in the late 19th century. This was followed by waves of Polish, Irish, and other European immigrants in the early 20th century. In the late 20th and early 21st century, the nature of immigration to St. Cloud has undergone a dramatic shift.
