===Rail Facility===
The City of Shafter's Rail Facility has more than {{convert|10,000 |feet}} of track owned by the City of Shafter and operated by the Public Works Department. It connects the [[BNSF Railway]] to tenants in the Paramount Logistics Park. American Tire Distributors signed a 20-year lease with Roll Real Estate to lease over 1 million square feet of distribution space.
